Early this morning, Seed Survivor’s Mobile Classroom pulled onto RWBB’s playground. Grade 3 & 4 students learnt about nutrition for life and food sustainability through hands on activities. Some lucky students were selected to enjoy a virtual reality experience. Thank you to Mr. Boughton, who volunteered for the entire day!
Yesterday, Dr. James Duncan came to RWBB to share his love of Owls with some of our students. He talked about his research with the organization called Discover Owl, which is based out of Balmoral, Manitoba. Last year, RWBB raised money to purchase trail cameras to help with his research.

The students achieved their fundraising goal of $1,000 so Mr. Ross showed off his skipping skills in a shark costume and for his encore bounced on a Pogo Ball while skipping! Truly impressive! Thank you to all the families who gave so generously to this great cause!
On this beautiful spring morning, students at RWBB practiced our biannual bus evacuation. Just like fire drills, we practice so we know what to do, but hope we never have to.
