February is I Love to Read Month!

I LOVE TO READ/J’aime Iire:

What a year it has been! And, what better way to celebrate “I Love to Read” month than to show appreciation for the time we have to escape into the pages of a good book. Students will be bringing home a bingo card with reading challenges to complete. At the end of the month, students can submit their completed cards for a grade-level draw to win a prize. In addition, we will have weekly dress-up events, starting with Beach Day on Feb 4. Students are to bring in $2.00 to their teacher for an ice cream sandwich treat to have on Beach Day. Thank you for your support in instilling a love of reading in our students.
