To register your child for Kindergarten, please complete the following documents and drop them off at the school or email them to Mrs. Carriere at wcarriere@isd21.mb.ca.

2. Early Experiences Questionnaire
4. IERHA - Kindergarten! Here I Come Parent Letter
5. Milestones Matter Parent Letter and Child Development Forms
Proof of age must also be proved at the time of registration. The following documents can be used for this purpose:
Birth Certificate
Passport
Health Card
Baptismal Certificate
** Proof of physical address must now also be provided at the time of registration. The following documents can be used for this purpose:
Land title
Manitoba Hydro Bill
Driver's License
